Dan began his career in land management with ExxonMobil, where he served as a land manager for 12 years. In this role, Dan oversaw permitting, acquisitions, and community partnerships. After working in the Marcellus and Utica Shale regions as well as the Delaware and Midland Basin assets, he transitioned his knowledge and experience into land development.

Dan served as the Vice President of Land Operations for Red Oak Development Group, where he established key relationships to pave the way for bringing the Seawillow Ranch master-planned community to Lockhart, TX. In August of 2024, he obtained his real estate license and joined McAllister & Associates.

Dan earned a Bachelor of Science in Geography from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania. He is also a Texas public notary and an active member of several real estate organizations, including the National Association of Realtors (NAR), Texas Association of Realtors (TAR), Austin Board of Realtors (ABoR), and the Central Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (CTCAR).
