Shana (Barnes) Jenkins moved to Austin in 1989 to attend the University of Texas and soon decided that this great city would remain her home. In 1995, Shana began working for McAllister & Associates as the receptionist and administrative assistant. Within months, she expanded her role and duties to become the office manager coordinating all aspects of a busy office.
In 2000, Shana accepted an invitation from Jim Cotton to become his personal assistant and secretary. She now uses her knowledge and experience to ensure Jim retains his status as one of the Company’s top-producers. In addition, Shana assists him in the day-to-day management of several restaurant, office and shopping center properties.
Shana and her husband David recently added to the McAllister & Associates family with the birth of their daughter Lily Dove in the Fall of 2004.
