Before joining McAllister and Associates in December 2008, John was a twenty seven year veteran in land acquisition, entitlement and land development areas of residential communities at four major home builders. For this reason, his brokerage activities focus primarily on residential subdivisions, assisting builder's locate community opportunities based on the parameters his customer's establish. He works aggressively both the Austin and San Antonio sub-markets and has relationships with builders in all price points.

John has lived with his wife April and daughter Lillie in the Lakeway area for the past 12 years. His son Jonathan will attend McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas in the fall of 2009. In his spare time, when not taking care of his family, he pursues his other passion: golf.
